About Us
Our Mission
Our mission is to help divers and non-divers to see the world. We love traveling as a group and getting to know other adventurous individuals. We choose exciting destinations with beautiful reefs. Our goal is to take the work and stress out of planning a vacation. We take singles, couples and families as well as divers and non-divers. Join us on one of our hassle free guided scuba diving trips to see how easy it can be. As previous dive shop owners, we have been planning group dive trips for several years. Whether you are from Naples, Florida, Morgantown, WV, or anywhere else, we want to help you see the World. Not a diver? That's okay, we are both instructors and can teach from open water diver to dive master.
Melody
I was bitten with the scuba bug as soon as I got certified in 2006. I knew there was so much more to see. The world is covered by 70% water, so the possibilities were endless. I have a Business Degree from Fairmont State University and in 2013 I started My Dive Shop, LLC in West Virginia. I met my husband, Dan, in 2014 at the Grand Opening. In 2018 we decided to move to Florida for a great job opportunity for Dan and for me to be closer to the ocean. One of the best parts of having a dive shop was the connection with other divers. We loved traveling and getting to see the excitement a diver has when they see the ocean in all its beauty for the first time. We decided to start traveling again after Covid and are inviting divers near and far to join us on our adventures.

Dan
I grew up in a military family, so I have lived everywhere, but mostly Tennessee. I earned a wildlife biology degree from the University of Tennessee. I joined the Army and after 11 years, 3 deployments, and becoming a Chinook pilot, I decided to leave. I lived on 3 different Hawaiian Islands and accepted a position in WV to be closer to my family. I met Melody in 2014 and the rest is history. I love to teach scuba, educate about animals, and practice photography.
